Most of my items are made to order but some are available to buy as listed. My current production time is approximately 2 weeks but I will always make your item as quickly as possible.

I am always happy to consider custom orders. Please contact me if you have something in mind.

You will receive your item in an organza or black velvet bag. All my products are well-wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in bubble wrap-lined bags.

UK customers, please be aware that you will be required to pay VAT plus a handling fee upon delivery. This fee is the customer's responsibility.

I am happy to take orders for rings in both US and UK/Aus sizes (numbers and letters respectively). I have given US sizes as the default simply because most of my customers are in the US but if you are in Australia or the UK, just select the ring size "Other - will advise" and leave me a note during checkout with your size.

Please select your size carefully when ordering. Some of my items can be resized but some have to be completely recreated in the new size.

Please contact me before returning a ring or bracelet and I will let you know how much the resizing will cost. Prices range from US$10 for a simple stacking ring to 75% of the total cost for items that have to be recreated from scratch.

I charge US$25 plus return postage to resize cuff bracelets.

Gold items cost more to resize - please contact me for a quote.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom items include:

* earrings
* personalised jewellery
* orders of more than 4 pieces
* rings smaller than US size 6.5, larger than US size 10.5 or 1/4 or 3/4 sizes
* cuff bracelets smaller than 5.5", larger than 7" or custom sizes (eg 6.25", 6.75" etc)

Exchanges are available for a different item in the same size. If you require a different size, a resizing fee will be charged.
